I was big fan of NBA as a kid, especially Bulls in the 90s, Jordan and of course player from my country there (Toni Kukoc). But i remember at the time there was attempt to start woman version of NBA, i still see that its going. Did it ever managed to achieve any popularity or profitability in America?

WBNA is propped up by the NBA, it loses money (though IDK that much) and the salaries aren't great compared to russia (granted russia isn't a revenue stream anymore). Gets air time on ESPN in the summer month sprots dead time.
