Well that's really wound me up. All the talk of taking the cups seriously, wanting to go deep etc. and he puts out a team set up to lose. Can't really blame other players that came in, far too many changes with players that have hardly played then leaving on Tim and Mcneill whilst taking off Alcatraz made no sense. Aznou is a left back so play him ahead of Coleman. Scandalous all round and once again the travelling blues have been short changed. Interested to hear what Moyes has to say. Not remotely good enough.

Making wholesale changes to our starting 11 like that, and resting pretty much all of our best performing players in one go, just showed a complete and utter lack of respect to the competition, the opposition, and most importantly the travelling fans.

He’s rightly had lots of deserved praise recently, but tonight’s mess is 100% on Moyes.

Moyes got it all wrong and now we're out of the cup that we had the best chance in. People are allowed to be annoyed.

Why do we have a better chance in this cup than the fa cup? Just out of interest.

As in this cup, the teams in Europe (so arguably the better teams) get an easier run meaning that the next round of matches are likely to be harder.
