Winter Break likely to be confirmed

It's boring enough having an international bloody break seemingly every few weeks. A winter break in our temperate climate is total bobbins.
How did our 80s team manage with mid week European games, midweek internationals, cup replays, only 1 sub AND only manage to use 14 players in a season?

Fricking modern football is a joke. Constant meddling with the game. Prancing millionaire delicate little prima donnas.

It is isn't it? Like over christmas/just after surely?

Just with a gap that doesn't stop footy completely each weekend but instead reduces games played, thus allowing each team a small break over said period.

No chance of it being over Christmas.

One thing I would love to know.

How is this going to work in the 2022/23 season when all football is go8ng to stop for a month in mid October to suit the Dubai World Cup?

Or has no one thought about this, the way no one seems to have realised playing the World Cup there in summer should have been a deal breaker in the first place?

I never wanted the winter break,but i as said before in here,I can take a staggered break as we still have games each week,so we wont have a blank 2 week prem break,but i wish they would stop saying stuff like this helps england etc,as nothing will help england,what excuse will they come up with next when england do bad, as they have a break now etc
