Think one of the lads off TEF said there would be a signing in 2 days, so that would have been yesterday. As has been mentioned though, circumstances can change so quick.
WRD1878 on TEF mentioned last week that Carvalho's paperwork re. his new UK reps would be sorted this week. Lo and behold, Monday afternoon saw the leaking of the player's supposed passport details...
On Monday, before the leak, WRD said that a signing could happen in the next few days (as @LouReedwalkonthewildside said above). So, waiting game really.
It's not exactly on, but it's by no means off. By the sounds of it this deal is just in the very very early stages of negotiations...
