The board treat Evertonians like mushrooms.

They keep us in the dark and chuck the proverbial at us.

Exactly.

They know we are a captive audience and we won't complain because we are conditioned to rubbish and like to indulge nostalgia whilst the club drifts aimlessly from one year to the next.

Kenwright grow some balls you super nonce and sack this guy.

Sack himself more like.

He should have acted a week of more ago.

This disastrous three days was predicted by every Blue in the world.

Except the only one of us with the power to do owt about it.

Bobby should never have been in charge at Anfield and at Wembley and the fact that he was is Bill's bad.

The only club statement we'll see tomorrow is a tweet about reduced ticket prices for Bournemouth because no bugger is buying one.

Probably not far off.

I haven't checked to see if we have got our standard 'after-defeat' email either, probably something about merchandising, maybe half-price scarves to show our pride and our true support for the team.

But they really don't need to doubting that we support the team. Who is there singing every match-day, rain, shine, win, draw or defeat, after defeat, after defeat? Or shouting at the TV? Who takes the crap from the RS and all the other 'fans' on our backs due to our laughable performances this year? Thats our job and we do it very well thank you, for our team. Yes, there is moaning, boo-ing too, but haven't we earned the right?

Are they sending these emails to the manager, the backroom, the players? I doubt it. They should be firing them in triplicate their way.

Most importantly for us, showing our pride shouldn't and doesn't automatically equate to emptying our pockets!

We care.

Thing is, they need to show us they care. Much, much more. They should show us they listen and maybe then we will assist in lining their coffers a bit more, just maybe.

That second half show of fight and desire has just bought Martinez the last 4 games of the season in charge minimum.

That's the strange physiological position we are at with the club right now in my opinion.

I think we will, or at the latest Monday. He's gone at the end of the season regardless so why prolong it only for fans to become even angrier, the Bournemouth game could see a vicious atmosphere.

This is based on absolutely nothing but hope.

That works for me.

Bobby should be left in place until the end of the season as firing him now is too little, too late.

Bill stuck with him in the face of all that was sensible and wise so he should be forced to sit there listening to the faithful pass their judgement on the last, rotten days of Bill Kenwright's stewardship of Everton.

I think he'll be allowed to finish the season then be gone, board will be looking for a long term replacement who wont be coming in until the summer so they probably dont see much point in an iterim manager for 4 games

I have had this horrible feeling all along.

Desperately hope I'm wrong - and that if I am, he isn't replaced by the likes of Howe etc

I'd love to see a show of ambition even if it was not a runner.

The Board should be openly discussing big names in connection with the club.....normalising the idea that were a port of clall for such names.
