I really didn’t think clubs at a choice when it came to fifa events. Has that changed with covid or was I always mistaken?

Isnt it more to do with government rules? Only heard a snippet on the radio.as I was driving home but I'm sure I heard the issue was the rules from the government are overriding what the clubs would normally do.

If it’s government rules then what would be the point of the prem clubs voting on it? I’m lost on this one.

Its becusse of the government quarantine restrictions, the clubs dont want players missing club games if they have to quarantine, so the vote is too see if alll clubs agree sending players to.certain countries isnt worth it

Or revert to the old Tuesday/Wednesday night international games.
My Scottish mates hate the international break.

The affected Clubs, especially those whose players have done Copa & Olympics, will cry crocodile years about how they'd really, really like to Richo, but our hands are tied mate - Governments mate, we're powerless.
But will be secretly loving it

I wouldnt release them either paying them god knows how much… not gunna have them missing 3 games stuck in a hotel getting unfit
