He should be sacked today without question. He is past the point of no return and has been for at least a month. There has not even been any signs at all that he is capable of turning it around. It has just gotten worse and worse. Rhino should be the temporary manager from today training the lads to try and get us ready to at least have a go against Chelsea.

I have no faith in this Everton board whatsoever so i wouldn't be a bit surprised if they wait for us to go out of the league cup, mathematically go out of Europe and with a mountain to climb in the league. It is how they do things. No competence, No ambition, no proactivity and no winning mentality.

There's NEVER "decent" managers available in season. They are all employed usually. Unless your are useless or sacked. Their point of view is mad. You don't keep the manager who has no idea of how to do things because you aren't sure what else to do.
