This should be in the garden section as how to keep an unkempt garden lol
Are they good pool players ?tooting the balll in the pockets - a lively bird an owl joking apart ......
keep the vermin down too mice etc.....
It was a beauty. Unfortunately it was hissing down with rain and the pics were taken through the window.
I actually saw the 'take down' and by the time I had got my camera the pigeon was already nearly fully plucked.
After 3 or 4 minutes the bird got spooked by next doors dog barking. It took to flight carrying off what was left of the pigeon.
After nagging from Mrs Kev, I've just cleared up the mess from the garden lol

Lot of crows going about just now,lack of seagulls (rats with wings),thank god.

Is it a young sparrow hawk?
We, up until lockdown had a regular daily visit from a pair of wood pigeons, a robin and a few other birds. Last 3-4 months. Not a single bird. It's very strange. They've all disappeared..

Mines hopeless ,it was the runt of the litter, and nervous, not as bad now she's older(although the vet was convinced she was a he at first).
She does catch them infrequently, but if she drops them ,she runs away from them....
Still love her more than the the wife....of course.
