Wigan in the Europa league next year how much will it wind you up?

I reckon they'll play really well in the group games and get through easy but then **** their pants first time they come up against anyone as good as or better than them.

By losing the away leg and playing crap no doubt.

Thats what happens in the Europa right?

What makes ne feel worse is that we'll be playing in the premiership next season against Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal etc. Whilst wigan get to travel to Blackburn Rovers in the Championship and FC Bollockov in the deepest darkest depths of Romania, whilst making 20 pence from a Europa cup run.

Genuinely devastated.

The Europa league would be an adventure but most teams competing in it suffer in the league and it's not that much of a money-spinner. We're probably at an advantage in the Premier League not having the extra games and travel, especially as we rely on such a small squad. Although, on the other hand, we do need European football. I can see pros and cons either way.

When you have financial powers such as Wigan it's impossible for them to not be in atleast Europe; with their financial backing I think they should be challenging for the league.
