There's far bigger & more deserving clubs in the Championship, who'd bring much, much more to the PL than poxy Wigan & their minibus.

They kick loads out every time they play a local club, if it's an accent thing then you may have to say that you live in Wigan but support the R/S as some kind of cover.

I just rang them and having a localish accent I thought it would be a breeze but they are sus of anyone without a purchase history.
I told them my lad has been a few times with his sports club footy team i.e. tickets that have been GIVEN, they sent us some membership shiz in the summer so have his details from somewhere, I said that he wants me to take him to the game but they are adamant that if he supported Wigan then he would have a purchase history, idid ask if it would sell out and they said NO, so I asked why they don't want any new fans ?

tbh they deal with this on a reg basis so I just gave up, i think if I turn up at the box off with the wedge then they'll sell, might email Whelan saying they are turning down paying customers cos he's the tightest tw@ for 50 miles.
