Player Valuation: £70m
We have 2 Premiership games remaining before David Moyes departs and I for one wish him well. There are names bonded about which is the norm but whatever happens we must be focussed on employing the right successor for the job. Please be patient and let Bill Kenwright make the decision which hopefully will be the RIGHT choice after all he was the one who gambled on Moyes all them years ago.
Everton were there before the appointment of Moyes and in years to come will be still be in existence. WE ARE EVERTON always remember that. We have morals and principles better than anyone that make the numbers up in the top flight.

Yes the right successor asap. They need to be settled well in before pre-season training and have a good look at the players so he can assess them so he can buy the players he can afford to improve the team. The last thing we need is a late appointment and rushed not thought out transfer deals

You just know bill will use this as an excuse not to spend money.........we couldnt get the man we wanted and it drags on til transfer deadline day by that time half our team has gone

Yeah needs to be sorted before pre-season but I understand what he means by no rush, (as in) it doesn't have to be done today, tomorrow, next week.

I don't know when the players actually finish this season and go on there holls but ideally could do with them knowing who there next boss id and perhaps meeting him before they go away and possibly have heads turned by uncertainty.

Personally think it will be martinez and once wigans FA cup is outbid the way and relegation confirmed we will make a move.

Ah yes, we definitely need to appoint a manager who has just lost a final and got relegated, with a stellar 25% win ratio .

THE MANAGER WE NEED, NO MISTAKE

well said mate.

Don't write Martinez off lads, he's a very good manager with no resources who has a chance of something Moyes has never achieved. Silverware!

Because leave it too long and p,Ayers like fellainI will hand in transfer requests and judging how kenright runs the club he will sell him for 3 million plus we have an aging squad who give 100% take away the work rate and we are looking at top 10 as having a good season

Its vital someone is brought in that is respected, bring in a soft touch like Martinez and we are ######

Fkall to do with the right person.....he will be as cheap as chips and talks bill up in interviews.

Who could make the decision on that prior to a new manager arriving, though?

I agree to an extent but, if what i hear is correct Mofro, Jags and Baines may be suseptable to moves elsewhere - leaving a gaping hole in the team as we enter a transfer window, not to mention the additions we need anyway, then there is preseason to consider, while its going to take time to understand the club - we will get someone to manage the whole club top - bottom not just the first team.

If we head into mid July/August without a manager ill be worried.
