Why some in BOLD or have + on Active Users

Another thing that can make me take a moment , is this Active Users mullarky .

For ages , I have seen various heads , tonight it's Welt's , Mick' and Neiler . Others have a bold + . Tonight's is TD ; listed in bold on said section . Doesn't matter how many are on , or doesn't seem to .
WTF ???
Does mine do that on your screen ??? Is it random - but I recall Mick' being a regular ???
There is probably some dead simple , computer-esque solution to this , so if so , can someone , crack-on , pls ???
