going to spain and spending his time there when he is injured... does he have his own physio in spain??? last week cahill and osman were at the game but yet ever time arteta is injured u hear about him jetting back to spain...

it's that type of thing that only adds to speculation, artetta on his day is fantastic but the flip side is that on a bad day it appears that he's not interested above anything else. for me, if a player isn't interested then get rid.
we need 100% commitment from every player in the squad, if they aren't getting picked then they have to put more in and show a determination to get into the team, it seems they view it as an insult to turn out for the reserves as opposed to viewing it as a way to prove themselves.
at least show willing and determination or we shall be introducing a new award along the lines of the annual darwin award, and it shall be named

the andy van.....given to the player who has been most happy to get a free ride at the clubs expense, i suggest buying delboys 3 wheeler painting it blue and getting it signwritten for the freeloader to travel to games in, if it breaks down and they don't get there who cares, they'll soon get the message then.

he signed because wyness would have whispered in his ear something along the lines of...."if you really want to leave to further your career at least sign this deal so we will get a decent wedge for you, its only fair after what we have done for you!" contracts mean nothing these days with the amount of money being thrown about

or maybe we have a player who realised he was injured and lets face it we don't know how badly...he does. any clubs wanting to sign him would find out as well, after all who would sign a player who was a world beater then got an injury and didn't really perform after that, yeah lets have a punt on him.only 1 club and 1 player spring to mind

While players are injured I think we accomodate them so they don't become disillusioned while injured. If that means recovery or treatment in nice surroundings, then so be it.

Although, the best foot doctors in the world are in the land of Oz and Dr.Steadman in Colorado is the best knee guy ever.

They aren't going anywhere, Arteta has said so countless times, and even publically apologized for his agent's loud mouth.

i which case he should tell him where to go for failing to represent his interests. maybe then the greedy agents will quit this crap, misrepresenting the player without his prior knowledge is surely something that would make any contract between player and agent null and void. they'd all stop the dodgy goings on then surely.
