Tottenham - Wanyama and Janssen are decent signings but neither will take them to the next level.
Other than that, I don't think anybody really. West Ham have had a half-decent window but no better than ours.
Liverpool have spent loads on players that all play the same position even though they can't defend.
People panicking when the main thing holding us back was clearly the manager - though we did need and still do need additions (and they will come).

No one at all, as I don't care about any other team.
Nobody outside the usual suspects is having a prolific window, compared to most we're doing some decent buisness thus far. Unfortunately, our expectations have been raised far too high. A lot of trading is still to be done by the majority of clubs, how about reserving judgement until next week.
