Of the 18 man squad there is literally only a handful I'd be happy to be included next year. They are

Gueye - Absolutely vital. Even on an off day he's still a 7 out of 10.

Baines - Way better then Coleman on the opposite flank. Probably only has a few seasons left in him.

Williams - Terrible today but more than often reliable and a leader.

Bolasie - Most creative player. Doesn't set the world alight but for 25m we are not getting rid after a season. Bench player next season.

Davies and Holgate - Young players who need a chance to prove their worth.

Deulofeu - Criminal that Mirallas gets a look in ahead of him. Needs to be given a proper chance.

Barkley - Almost doesn't get in. Young but needs to drastically sort his form out.

Besic - A neat player. Hopefully sorts his injuries out.

Other than those names I'm struggling to see how any other players will help us achieve success. For those players I've left out that may cause controversy...

Lukaku - Already come to terms with him leaving. A world class goalscorer we will miss. Though isn't really a pressing striker.

Coleman - One of the most over rated players in the league.

Steklenberg - Not a first team keeper if we want to compete.

Barry - A brilliant servant but time will have caught up with him.

Mirallas - Hasn't improved a bit since he signed.

Others I can't even be bothered to explain why. So I'd say we need about 10 quality players in. Costly, but has to be done.

Bolasie is a donkey...he gets assists out of pure luck...at least i guess its luck as other than an assist hes rubbish every game.

If we had won against Norwich under Martinez we would have finished 11th under him...thats 2 places below our wages compared with the other teams.

Fabulous response. Could it be that Koeman is Dutch so youre backing him and blaming a former manager? Shall we blame Moyes for the result as well?

Its Koemans job...its koemans tactics and lack of motivation.

He was in the press this week saying how great he has done....well he didnt do well today.

I've tried to stay off this forum recently as I try to focus on other things going on in my life other than Everton for an extremely pleasant change, but just thought I'd have a gander at what people have made of the result tonight.

Honestly mate, you are so embarrassingly driven by an anti-Koeman agenda it hurts. I'm blown away that you actually can somehow rationalise the thought that Bolasie and Lukaku have the most effective partnership in the Premier League purely as a result of luck. Bolasie has been excellent in terms of changing the way we play, and he's a winger for crying out loud, they've literally been known for decades to not be consistently excellent. I'm not even going to start on your bizarre fetish for a man who actually calls himself Rhino.

Dearie me. Rhino.

Got to look at the bigger picture, and unfortunately the blame lies firmly with Moshiri in the summer.

Whether that was teething problems or he's an outright fraud, we simply don't know, but everyone needs to stop defending the indefensible now - that transfer window was a total abortion and we simply do not have the tools to compete in this league to any effective level whatsoever.

Indeed, without the signing of Gana and the goalscoring form of Lukaku, we'd be in a relegation fight right now, despite a ridiculously easy run of fixtures to start the league campaign. That's how paper thin our squad is.

Blaming Moshiri is absurd.

When we lost to the RS i also wanted Martinez sacked.

Today was at least as bad.

The last time we were this bad was when Smith was sacked after losing to Boro....even Moyes 7-0 against arsenal wasnt this bad.

Robles kept a clean sheet and after the gsme koeman says stek is back next match....favouritism.

Holgate does well against stokes best player and is motm...dropped for coleman.

davies looking hungry and effective...dropped for cleverley

Koeman is nothing if not predictable...should have attacked Chelsea today in their back yard...shown them we arent afraid. instead the players are told to defend and play long ball to bolasie and lukaku (which i predicted in the match thread).

If he cant motivate the team and cant play players on merit he could be Koeman, Mourinho or Guardiola...id want him sacked.

ive tried to give him a chance and will continue to do so (no option) but if he cant pick players on merit or motivate anyone he shouldnt be our manager.

When did you last go to a game ?
