Martinez for following reasons:

1. Not buying a CB
2. Not having a plan B
3. Not buying a GK

Players for the following reasons:

1. Not being responsible
2. Not being man enough to say "Philosophy can wait lets do something else"
3. Individual mistakes

Footballing Gods for this reason:

1. Injuries

2. Four red cards not given by referee in City, Stoke, & Newcastle matches.

clearly both. mirallas has had quite a good season and besic has slotted in brilliantly in his first season. naismith and eto'o both had great starts but have faded away since then. everyone else has been utterly hopeless tbh. out of the ones to have featured more than a handful obviously.

the worst in order of worst have been:
Howard
Barry
Jagielka
Distin

but i'm not going to list them out as the sole reason anymore, everyone's just turning wank and confidence is low. i'd love to see us play the christmas tree formation with mirallas joining naismith behind the striker, or possibly lukaku in behind kone/eto'o because he can actually play a through ball and him with his back to goal aint working with the current setup.

we simply don't have another player to play on the other wing with mirallas, so why bother playing wide midfielder's at all? just get the full backs to do it.

think they possibly need a good team bonding exercise or two because they look like total strangers today, playing with no team spirit and looked like strangers. obviously this time of year is hard to do that. could just do with a bit of luck like liverpool seem to get every week, just to help us get a scrappy 3 points and go from there.

we won't get relegated though, for sure.

He has to be pragmatic enough to make the changes needed for us to tighten up and pick a few points up. Once we've stopped losing we can build again. To carry on as we are would be daft. I hope he does because he's got a lot to offer x

Too many players are getting injured or making terrible mistakes. Others are given a chance and don't take it. So disappointing with the quality we should have.

I can't see it getting better under a new manager. Only different.

What I want to know is where the hell is the captain in all of this, maybe its time for the armband to change, after all our best run last season was when Jagielka was out then he came back and we dropped of considerably. Give it to McCarthy or Besic.

I could list 99% of the team but it does seem some are not arsed with the exception of 1 or 2

EGO's on most of them is the problem

Naismith is the only one i can see remotely giving a [Poor language removed].

Bring in some kids who would give 100% and not buy in has beens who will do exactly what this lot are doing...but a different way

Ultimately it's the manager, but players have been really poor. Although I was obviously pleased with last season Ive had my concerns about MARTINEZ from start. A good manager can only be judged by his overall impact on a club. David Moyes had that in my view and built us a great foundation that any manager could take on. Martinez now looks like he's pulling that too pieces IMO.

Disgusting attitude from footballers also shines through...play well on loan to get contract and then look as if you don't give a sh1t. If this is the case then get as many loan signings as you can!!! I'm extremely worried, but more by the body language of the players. Bet lots of those that criticised moyes for so long are now recognising what a good job he did!!
