Sorry, but since I asked the question about who should start in the season in the post before, I misunderstood you.

Can agree with your desciption about Distin being an absolute rock. He's fairly imobile and not very bright... like a rock.

Lescott has had his head turned by Citeh. He didn't deny it. If Everton get there valuation from City then it will be up to Lescott.

For the past 8 years we've been spending MORE money than we had on transfers, hence the rising debt. What makes you think that when we actually have money, we won't spend it?

Edit: unless you are pointing out that incoming players have wage demands too that will be £1m/year plus and that part of the transfer fee will have to cover that. In which case good point well made.
