Not true. We won there in May 2009 and Bally scored the winner in the late sixties.

There's about 6 all around Putney Bridge, on both sides of the river - always full of Blues

Didn't let us in last year. Not a single pub.

This before or after the match? deffo weren't letting anyone in AFTER the match.

It's true The Eight Bells was shut after the game last year (as opposed to a year or two earlier when I spent a happy evening singing Everton songs in there).

Head south of the river after the game. I'm pretty certain The Boathouse will be open.

Alternatively, the Coat and Badge, also south of the river and close to the bridge if slightly harder to find (take a map if you don't have a smart phone), certainly welcomes both sets of fans. I was there last year and had a great time in the large beer garden.

So, we had a quick pint in the Boathouse before the game then several in the Dukes Head and a couple in the Eight Bells after the game. Not than any of you said hello, you ignorant gets.
