As a younger blue, the likes of Cahill, Osman, Pienaar, Jagielka and Baines stand out.

Cahill is certainly the obvious choice imho.

I was going to suggest a few more in the OP but thought it best to let others have a go lol

Are we saying that Moyes' side with Arteta, Pienaar etc is akin to Gordon Lee's side? Deserved something but fell short?
 

Have to say the fans for what they get put through week in week out, season in season out!!!!!
