He's not on that list but Honda fro CSKA Moscow, pretty sure he's on a free this summer.
The perfect player to put in "the number 10 role" for us, plays some lovely passes. Classy player.
 

Potentially I see this names which we could potentially try to sign

Franco Di Santo - could do a job as an impact sub, big tall guy, almost like Stracq with better skills
Keisuke Honda - probably only a dream, would be absolutely boss signing
Douglas - Distin is not going to play forever and Heitinga hopefully will be on his way out, so this guy could be a solid option for free
Miralem Sulejmani - the most expensive transfer of history of Ajax available for free? could be a bargain and would certainly be better than Naisimth as Mirallas' cover
Vladimir Weiss - right winger doing good job for poor Italian side Pescara, we already were interested in him last summer
Mathieu Flamini - he was always solid player for Arsenal, definetely would be at least solid player for us
Joaquín - he was completely ace some years ago, could be potentially a solid cover on the wing
Thomas Ince - playing well in Blackpool, could be a good option from the bench
Matt Phillips - same as Ince

Would all be very good signings, especially if we need a bigger squad to cover Europe.
 

Chris Brunt, I rate him, Decent option.
Andrei Arshavin, Another option, would have to take a pay cut.
Alex Pearce from Reading, was he the one who actually looked half decent ?
Other than that, it's not great.
 
Surprised noone has mentioned Winston Reid. Looked solid for WHU this season and is only 24yrs old, would definitely be a good freebie.

He's been captaining them in some games, pretty sure they'll offer him a new contract. I'd love to have him at Everton from a NZ point of view, very good player and developing, but I doubt we'd pick him up.

If we signed Honda I'd jizz. Hes boss. Amoriebeta or Haangeland as well would be boss.tll.
 
I still say we need another experienced RB, what with Sheamus and Hibbo often injured. I said Phil Bardsley in Jan and everyone laughed at me so maybe someone a bit more "chic"? Moyes could always just chuck Stones in the deep end of course. Might be good for him. Would build character
 

Knowing us we will get Carlton Cole and Jermaine Pennant! Both average at their zenith and even worse now
Honda off to Liverpool I read somewhere.
Would take Flamini and Phillips off that list if their wages weren't too daft
 
I really want Franco di Santo. Good player with a huge potential still.

EDIT: Contract is also out in under 4 months.

To be honest I wouldn't take too much of them. Of the realistic candidates, very few of them will provide any real improvement to our current starting XI. They would just take up wages and are none are getting any younger. Much rather breed our youngsters to be back-ups rather than Pennant or Dunne.

If Moyes stays though, I fully ecpect us to sign Di Santo or someone.
