I'll say it again...Kenwright's shares are for sale, but the others arent. No one is interested in buying Kenwright's shares when the other 2 [Poor language removed]-houses dont put a penny in. Why would they want to be in business with Woods and Earl? All they would do is roll in the penny's that the guy who buys Kenwright's shares puts in.

And if Earl has money, or anyone else on the board does, why dont they buy the shares and get a bigger stake? Reason? Cost too much. They want to milk the cow and milk it big time if some Arab bought Kenwright's shares then pumped money in.

Bruce Wayne would probably know more but if you get to 30%-ish (I believe) you have to make a formal bid for all shares. This is part of the manoeuvring going on at Arsenal at the moment.

I think it is 29% then give a notice of intent on a formal bid. Wait and see what happens when we get the green light for the new stadium.You wont see half the bs for dust nice big profit and of to the next club and hold it back until they make money. How Moyes has stayed at this club for so long i will never understand.My dad used to say never let people piss on your back and tell you that your sweating.After last season 5th and cup final we should have had not four but six new players in and at least 4 before Lescott went to city the money is there but the Bs will not spend it.BK coming out with the [Poor language removed] we are looking high and low for investment (liar) and hey what do you know come November we get the green light and BK finds an invester and a nice profit and rides of into the sunset and another club.

Leave EFC now that is the joke of the year. He will never leave, his arse is superglued to the chairman's seat. BK is full of bullshit, has no intention of selling his shares and nor has anyone else. BK is the reason there is no outside investment in our club pure and simple.

It is a Catch 22. We need him to go to get investment but he will never go so no investment. We rely on TV money, gate money and selling players to have some funds to pay our debts, buy players and the other overheads.

No idea. I know Barca have around 120,000 members but couldn't say how much they pay a year. If they pay £100 a year though it's £12m. Not to be sniffed at but not vast sums.

Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers requires a 30% shareholder of a public company to make a mandatory bid, but this does not apply to private companies such as Everton.

As has been said many times, there'll be no change of ownership until the major shareholders want to sell, and that won't happen until DK is approved or not. Neither will there be any capital restructuring or fund-raising.

So lets say we have the same amount of fans 120,000 and we all say we will chip in 100 quid p/a How many do you think will actually pay the 100quid.It might not seem to be alot but when you have kids ,and bills to pay in todays climate in my world thats alot of extra money that could be used in the house kitty and not to support a club that has been mismanaged by a load of Muppets. The big guys at the top table are eating the bread and feeding us the crumbs
