If what I'm reading on twitter is correct it's absolutely heartbreaking.
I like fan channels and I'd be lying if i said i didn't watch AFTV from time to time, especially when they lose because they are so cartoonish and entertaining it's like a football soap opera and no doubt that's what Robbie wanted when he created it... and it's made them all YouTube stars. But fame's tough. Speaking as someone who has a close friend who has experienced it on a large scale it's difficult to ignore the hate and negativity you receive the moment you put your head above the parapet and my mate needed people there to help him and teach him to cope with all that. Claude appeared to be just a normal dude who was passionate about his club and that's what resonated with most of the people that watched him but the negativity and just downright hate it looks like he received just for talking about a game?? The poor guy shouldn't have had to deal with that and i can't imagine how difficult that must have been.
It's incredibly sad.

Toxic (as is most online interaction). People type stuff they would never say to others in the real world. It’s been disastrous for exacerbating mental health issues especially for younger people who have known nothing else but an online world. When it comes to what you read online the proverbial take everything with a pinch of salt comes to mind.
In terms of comparing clubs, it’s generally nonsense. The only club that matters is your own, that’s the “biggest”.
