Everton are vastly a bigger name than David Moyes, they always have been and they remain so.

And you can say that means I'm not being honest all you like. You're wrong. I just have a different opinion to you. It would be nice if you could allow yourself to believe in that possibility rather than assume anyone who disagrees with you actually agrees with you but is just lying.

And him taking us down is a real possibility considering. We'll see. I don't want that to happen but I know he's never gonna get us into a CL proper either.

The answer is obviously Everton is "larger." Moyes is only a small period of her long and storied history. Was Everton considered a larger club before Moyes? Yes.

But that has FAR more to do with changes in the landscape of the league (financially) and lack of backing from the boardroom than it does with the manager. We are a "smaller" club because we compete in a league while paying a fraction of the wages and can't afford to buy big name celebrity players. Moyes does more with less than any other manager.

Is Newcastle a bigger club because they spend more on players? How about Sunderland? How about Villa? Moyes has been given nothing to spend, crap from the supporters, and still manages to get the team to out perform all [realistic] expectations. Now if only he can keep us from the notoriously slow starts of late, we'd be near a CL ready club.

I don't think Moyes is a great manager. I think his tactics and team selections are often insane and I would be happy to get rid of him if I thought we could get better.

But I don't think he has promoted himself to be bigger than the club. I don't think that's happened.

How Everton are perceived in the sports, business, media industries is very pertinent so who the **** are you to say it's a stupid question. If you knew Everton, and knew your history, you'd know how pertinent it is right now. David Moyes is bigger than Everton, whether you like it or not. And he is nobody.
