You should go through the good times and the bad times if possible.. just my opinion like
When are they due to happen mate? Personally I've been going for the better part of thirty years and apart from the very odd moment here and there it's all been bad times. Wont ever stop me going but would love to actually have the other half of that deal.

the problem is once he goes that alone will appease a lot of our fans . When in fact we’ve been run badly by the people above him ever since Moyes went . Sacking Allardyce doesn’t fix this mess . The club is rotten and the manager is the patsy.

It fixes awful football and a manager who’s just not bothered. So it sure helps

I've been going to every game, home and away since 1878, even the cancelled games I would sit there alone in the stands, imagining how the game would have panned out, sometimes I imagined on the run as security came after me, sometimes I would just sit and cry at how amazing Everton are.
I went to every training match home and abroad and every friendly we have ever played including the behind closed doors ones, as you can imagine, have been around since 1878, I am approaching my twilight years so possibly won't have many games left, possibly only a decade or two more, but the footballs a bit naff lately so I probably won't go till it gets better.

ffs!!

Man up, stop dribbling into your cornflakes and get to the game yer soft get.

Due to obvious issues regarding memory etc that are down to being well into my second century, not all facts above are 100% accurate.
For example I am a 42 year old wool without a season ticket, but these facts do not detract from the main point, whatever that may be.

The thing is these aren't 'bad times' as such but the club clearly not having a clue how to function properly in so many ways.

I can understand the team is crap bad times, relegation battles, heartbreak, losing key players and having to start again etc.

But this is none of them. This is a bunch of clowns pissing money away without a clue and leaving the club in a dire situation on the pitch. Following that with the hiring of the second worst manager we could have hired, continuously freezing out players for no actual reason whilst the team are getting beat with the preferred choices, blame lying solely at the players every week, its just nothing in all honesty. No reason to care, no reason to emotionally invest, the board have said they don't care about losing, we hired a manager on such terms he doesn't care about it and as a reflection, why should fans really care right now?

Never had a Season ticket for various reasons, however, do get to a handful of games each season. However, I have loved the club for 30 plus years, Watford 84 probably being my earliest memory.

I can honestly say this is the most disengaged I've ever felt. At least in the 90s we were skint and the players just weren't very good. But generally they had some passion and balls about them. Not like the current shower

My oldest is 5 and starting to slowly get into footy. Bought him first kit this season. And was going to take him maybe this season.
No effing way am I inflicting this s**t show on him at the moment. I'll also be very reluctant to get him another kit next season.

Yes it's character building but kids carry formative experiences. Even if there was some effort or an attempt to play some decent footy I'd probably overlook the short comings and start indoctrinating the little fella full on.

I think unless we get things right in the summer starting with the manager, I won't be the only person thinking the same.

With bramley Moore slowly creeping into view. It's vital the club is attractive and secures the next generation. Right now it is failing in this big time.

As it stands the little fella will be getting something neutral like a Barcelona kit.
