I believe you should be able to hate people equally intensely so I've offered multiple options.

Its illegal to hate cheese on toast in any circumstances and thus it's not been offered as an option.

Voted Walsh mainly due to unlike BFS, he's nowhere to be seen at all.

As others have said, gate is a strong word and one not to be proud of using. I would like to say I've never hated anybody but it's not true.

I can think of two head teachers, three secretaries of state for education, one other boss, two prime ministers and Jeremy Hunt.

Fewer than 10 in 50 years isn't too bad I guess. I'm not going to start adding footballers to my list.
