Interim manager from the backroom staff in the short term if we are in danger of relegation (even someone obviously not long term like Ferguson), then look properly in the summer to see who is available.

We're a few defeats away from that scenario though. If we lose our next three he should be gone no question in my view, but he probably won't be.

Unsworth and Ferguson to get us through until the end of the season, all they have they do is keep us up and I don't care how it's managed.

Then in the summer have a look around and see if anyone even half-acceptable fancies it. This cannot go on with Martinez, he's an absolute myth who has blown it.
