* goes in search of both red and brown sauces to read what it says on the bottle*

back now:

Both say refridgerate when opened.

But why??

your local Asda is not refridgerated

My Coles here in 29c Brisbane IS airconned, so call that 20c

My own view is, as expressed to Mrs Degsy, who as per usual, takes no notice and does just as I allow here to ( yeah right )

Sort your self out woman all these things, sauces red, brown, mustard etcare full of salt, sugar, vinegar ALL preservatives, they DO NOT need to be held at 4c.

So in the fridge they go

She has also informed me that this topic has been batting around on facepage prior

Are we up at the cutting edge or what.

Well they shouldn't be 'open' in Asda when on the Jon'Jo's, so there's your answer.

& your well a Franklins shopper. Your sauce has a white label with stencilled letters.

Ketchup is a kopite condiment.

HP or some form of hot sauce. In a cupboard or on the table.

Anything else is monstrous.

If I actually knew or cared what a ' Franklins shopper ' is or was, would I be happy or sad.

Well??

Franklins is an Aussie supermarket, it may well be a NSW one though, so in Cane Toad parle it would be a 'Purveyor of Gourmet Foodstuffs.'
