As a chairman I would rather have a manger that is 100% for the club and is not looking at the next job. If Everton did get a another manager, who knows, the club could have been in the top 4 most of the time.

Let's hear those names then mate. You know, all the managers who would have been better than Moyes, with next to no money compared to our rivals, would have got us top 4 and not left for Man Utd. Excuse me if I don't bother getting comfy. I'm not anticipating a long list.

Any manager we get now will look at using us to get a "bigger" job after seeing Moyes leaving for United.
