AJ for his 2 goals in the derby. He was awesome in his first few months!

some 90's ones

Don Hutchinson - scoring a derby winner without knowing anything about it - then seeing it disallowed.
Madar for missing a sitter in an anfield derby..
John Ebbrel for being dropped for the '95 cup final
Amocatchi - for bringing himself on in the 95 semi then scoring a brace...
Steve Simonsen - for being the most expensive goalie then never playing for us (much)
Billy Kenny - for bossing a derby then going off the rails
Graham Stuart - For keeping us up 94 - and missing the easiest chance to score an FA cup goal and in the process making Rideout a club legend.
Kevin Campell - for steering us back from the brink in 1999 with a S*it load of much needed goals
 
Cant beleive no ones mentioned Richard Wright and mangeing to break his ankle in the warm up by triping over a stay of the grass sign

Jeffers and Westerveld dust up springs to mind as well.

Marco Materazzi for crying like a baby when he got sent off and sitting next to the hoardings in a sulk!! to be fair i also remembering him smashing a free kick in in a midweek game v Boro i think!
