We need a back up striker too, so perhaps Hugo Rodallega? His contract expires at the end of the season, and he'd be a decent back up to Jelavic. He can play on the wing too, which is useful in a squad as small as ours. Andy Johnson will also be out of contract, and may be worth bringing back on a free. I'd like us to resign McFadden, but only on a contract with a small wage and good appearance fees so he'd have to earn his money.

Ideally, we'd sign Junior Hoilett when his contract ends, but its more likely he'll end up with Spurs, Newcastle, maybe even Chelsea. I just hope the Kopites don't pursue him.

I honestly think we've got the basis and potential of a really good squad capable of a top 6 maybe even 4 finish and winning a cup! Although I think this every year.. we just need maybe 3 or 4 more players, ideally with pace and young, and we could be pushing up towards the top end of the league! If Newcastle have just done it, why not us? JELAVIC > CISSE

personally since january weve been amazin , other than the odd blip against the kopite scum , twice, .

i think we need to sign some psycologists to get through to our players heads that liverpool is just another club and you dont have to be scared of them anymore , because lets face it we bottle it all the time against them , and they are **** !!
if you remember , sven goran erickson brought in psycologists when he first started in england , and low and behold we battered germany 5-1 , so it can work !!
