For some context, and I say with with no knowledge of the rumoured videos/allegations doing the rounds, when I worked with refugees and we put them in hotels, this on some scale would happen everywhere.

Refugees in the worst hotels possible in "4* hotels at tax payer expense"

And on one occasion, the group were entirely women and young children, no men, but a rumour and video went round of one of the refugees approaching local girls and following them. The person in question was a council case worker who was British but their skin colour matched the refugees.
