This may sound like a stupid question, however. Today I rang around me mates to see if they fancied going down our local to watch "the game". However, when speaking I never specified which game as to me it was blatanly obvious what game I was speaking of. The lads said they were going to a different pub that had it on, so I go with the flow, thinking nothing of it. To find when I get there the morons are looking forward to watching Villa vs Jawdeez :@.

About 10 of my mates and so called "everton fans" were happy to wait til the final whistle to see the score and couldnt be arsed watching their team they would rather watch newcastle get relegated. (n)

So I went to watch our game an sat in the pub on me bill.

What confused me was that the majority were of the opinion they didnt want to watch a "nothing game" but would rather watch a game that "matters". Matters to who? If the Jawdeez went down, great, if they stayed up, so what? We had 5th place riding on todays game, a matter of pride as well as entering the europa league a round later.

Am I in the minority here or are my mates pr!cks?

Had Villa vs Newcastle on the telly and Everton on the internet stream. As the link didn't work properly, I also had the radio on. Switched a couple of times to the Hull vs Man Utd game.

A dual whielded the Everton and Newcastle games at the same time on different streams...with BBC live text in the background.

Computers are ace....its like Back to The Future 2.

I was hoping sky would of given you the choice to watch any game but they didn't, you only had the choice of 3 so i watched the Villa/Geordies game

Newcastle had my interest today, KJ. If it had been us battling to get into Europe, I would have been with us all day. But we were sorted there. The relegation battle is always great to get involved in, even if it doesn't involve Newcastle.

Geordies Villa.

proper plazzy fan me lar.

Also, it was on telly and everton wasn't, so ofcourse I was going to ******* watch it

All the streams I found for the everton match were [Poor language removed] so I put it on the radio and flicked between the matches on sky

I was at the match so didn't really have a choice as to which game I saw but if I hadn't been there I'd have watched it somewhere else, no question, even if it was a case of watching it on a crap stream on my own in the house instead of watching another game on a big screen in the pub with my mates

The stream was unwatchable at the weekend, can't wait to be going to the matches live again next season to get away from the crap streams

I was round at family friends for a BBQ and they're Newcastle fans so had to watch that. If I'd been at home/uni I would've been listening to the Everton commentary online, as I didn't really give a toss about the Geordies and their bloody awful team (y)
