For the League games yes.

I'd say we played more of a 4-5-1 after Jelavic went off against Chelsea.

For the Stevenage and Fulham games in the cup, I couldn't tell if we were playing 5-2-3 or 4-3-3. As Heitinga's positing was a bit ambiguous.
