But he is a lunatic who can't get a game in a Russian relegation fodder team

File under close shaves

he's a reformed character mate he thanked Moyes and apologised and according to wiki his new manager has called him a "great professional and an example for the youth"

sign him up Moyes would smash a goal in against the Kopites and taunt their fans with the aggressive fist pumping which I myself would imitate up in the stands.

Amazed no one has gone for Cahill. In his pomp he was Lampard-like in getting key goals (and his celebration was boss too!!!)! He never had the class of an Arteta but a fully firing Cahill would have been a big difference this year I feel when you look at the draws that needed to be wins!

People would/will mock this but would also have loved to have seen Andy Van Der Meyde in Ajax form, or going back a bit now, Norman Whiteside without the injuries. Both had immense talent.

Former Everton flop Andy Van Der Meyde tried to convince compatriot Royston Drenthe not to join the club because of the 'temptations' on offer in Merseyside, according to reports.

Dutch news site HP De Tijd has revealed a voicemail left by Van Der Meyde on Drenthe's phone in August 2011.

He said: “Royston, I hear that you are on your way to Everton. Don’t do it boy, I beg you, don’t do it.

“Liverpool has too many temptations for guys like us. Before you know it you will be dragged into the nightclubs.

“There Bacardi flows and you can ski on cocaine; and the women, Royston. Oh man, oh man, oh man. Those British women with their short skirts…”

ohh ohohh ooo yes yes

For me?

Radzinski, Van Der Meyde, Nyarko, or Drenthe.

....just kidding.

Right now, I'd seriously have back Lescott or Rooney in a flash !!!

Why on earth have you put Radzinski in with that lot? At least he had a couple of good years with us.
