That time we first met, basically summed it up. We debated queueing for a pie and a pint and then gave up when we saw the crowds. And that was a league cup game, ffs.

The standard of the food and ale at GP is one of the reasons why my match spend (bar the price of my ticket) goes elsewhere. It is abysmal. And that's a kind description.

Had a sausage roll once when I went straight to the match from work and hadn't had a chance to pick anything else up. I ate it and didn't vomit, which just above average for football stadium food nowadays.

Can never be bothered queueing normally. I remember the pies at Stockport County were quite nice back in the day but it's been many moons since I've eaten a cheese pie at Edgeley Park

I always get the Chang and a Pie deal before the game and eat the pie at half time, it stays ridiculously hot.

Agreed. That being said, it would nice if they could find room for another food stall in each stand just to help with congestion
