They don't give a great view of what happened but to me it looked like there was slight intent.

Looks like it was deliberate to me, you can tell on the replay that he's looking at the guy on the floor when he 'runs' into him.

Definitely deliberate the way he alters his run to lean into the lad on the floor with his knee tells you that it's intentional.
