I want to go to the likes of Barca, Real and Juve on an annual basis, in the Champions League, to do that we have to be successful.

So in short, I want amazing trips, and trophies.

Don't care if we have a team full of unglamorous yard dogs, but i'm 25, and I've never seen us win a trophy, and never seen us against the worlds elite, so lets change that Everton, ay?

...initially I want a really good football team who create chances, win games at home and away and are a genuine threat to the best in the league. Once we have a good football team the rest will follow. Off the field, I'm happy to see stability, investment and the end of a hand to mouth existence. Visible progress with the BM stadium build will symbolise the new Everton.

It's a good question and one that will produce both hopeful answers as well as realistic ones. I would obviously love to see Everton be the very best but at this moment in time it seems such a tough target to achieve due to there being 6 clubs standing in our way at Domestic level, most of which have far greater resources than ourselves.

So I will just answer with more realistic expectations in the long term:

Qualify for the Champions League regularly and failing that, the Europa League every season unless we just have a one off bad year which may happen from time to time.

Win the FA Cup and League Cup.

Travel round Europe watching us at famous grounds like the San Siro, Nou Camp, Bernebeu playing against the best teams in Europe and coming away with positive results.
