I am disappointed that Chicoazul is annoyed by other peoples threads after reading plenty of inane, juvenile attempts by him/her to get cheap laughs, whilst constantly going off topic. Disappointing and futile.

Sweetness, I've been around a lot longer than you to judge on that.
Now, keep to being sound or I pull your pants down and make you look silly.

Dunno about gash but it's certainly a depressing thread. I mean, it's like choosing between having your eyes gouged out or your fingers hacked off? Which hurts less I wonder?

To answer the question however, the club for me. I'm really annoyed that after all the promises, we're actually in a worse position than the start of last season. Okay, we finished well and all that but the others are overtaking us while we stand still or go backwards.

Just because we performed miracles with the squad we had, doesnt mean that it can be sustained over a long period without bringing in fresh faces, legs and ideas.

I love DM to bits but his stance on not paying a penny more than he thinks a player is valued at will be his (our) undoing in the end - as much as it is indeed admirable, he will have to accept that everyone else has thrown dignity, correctness and fair play out of the bloody window. Hence the Naughton scenario and most probably the Taylor scenario.

Anyway, from here, the only way is UP.

I wrote this thread basically because I felt we were taking all of our frustrations out on Lescott, when in reality, his leaving is really only another straw on the Everton fans back.

It's not a Kenwright out thread or anything that severe, but it is a subtle reminder that yet again, we as fans find ourselves wondering ' why us '.

Even when we had a happy moment regarding Ever Banega, there was something to leave us feeling flat again.

We were in for Naughton, and it went wrong.

We were in for Delph, and again nothing.

We were in for Senderos, and again no action taken.

We were in for Taylor, then nothing, now Villa are hot on his heals.

We could put other names here too, but the truth is Everton don't seem to be in too much of a rush to spend any money, so it can hardly come as a shock to find them selling Lescott.

Go's looking for Lescott**

Bit straight away hey Chico!!! You must be so proud of being on this forum for a long long time. Huddled at your keyboard, surrounded by your cats and empry TV dinner packets. I certainly must bow down to your seniority there.
