A bit like a PhilMcheese steak?

It’s from the flank and usually large but thinly cut pieces and little fat. Yeah, it’s similar to a Philly thing, but caramelised and nice peppers.

I usually put Hendos (Henderson’s Relish for those who don’t know) on it too, which is nice.
