Had a Fray Bentos pie this evening with small roast potatoes, peas and gravy

Loved them as a kid!

Just finished two Rustlers microwave oven Cheese Burgers, followed by a mug of tea sweetened with raw organic lemon honey.

Caught the lurgy and worked through it. Gone for Heinz spaghetti and cheese on toast. Takes me back a few decades and even without taste buds working it was great!
