At a holiday park with the grand daughter and her mum etc. (Shudders). Just had a roast chicken - was so dry it was like swallowing sand.

Funny how meals like that just hit the spot. I spend a fair bit of free time trying all sorts of recipes but I’d take ham, egg, chips, peas, mayo and a slice of white buttered bread over anything else.
