I love cauliflower. Saw a recipe today which sounded lovely : cauliflower cheese and ham hock pie. I'd leave out the leaves though !

 
Uncle Bens microwave Basil and Tomato rice
Broccoli
Sweet corn
Roast salmon fillet covered in old bay seasoning
Tamarind sauce on the side.

Oh and ¼ of a Patisserie Valerie strawb & fresh cream vicky sponge cake (from Sainsbury’s)
 


Had some scouse left over so made some little pies ; I used hot water crust pastry, the same you get in pork pies. The recipe is very easy, but you have to be quite quick moulding the pastry as it hardens after a few minutes. So if you have any left over mince, chilli, curry or stew, give it a go, it's ideal for 'liquid ' food as it's very sturdy.
There's plenty of recipes, here's an example. I always use just lard, just make sure the pastry doesn't get too cold.
