Fried pork chops, jacket potatoes and a few steamed vegetables. Nice with a little apple sauce and English mustard.

A massive Scotch egg, to spoil my sausage, eggs, chips and beans later. I blame beer, I'll be having it around 11 o'clock now.

Just made jollof rice, grilled piri piri chicken and coleslaw. All home made. Went a bit mad with the scotch bonnets in the jollof, bugger me it was hot
