Made some chicken/ranch wraps. Diced up some onion rings, romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled banana peppers, pickled jalepenos, and wrapped it in a flour tortilla with pepper jack cheese, chicken breast and ranch dressing. I crushed cool ranch Doritos over all of it before I wrapped it.

Had some Beef Jerky for the first time ever, it was quite nice.

I have a food dehydrator that we use to dry fruits. I also would use it to make beef jerky, which was boss. Surprisingly easy: just cut up some good beef, marinate it for like 24 hours or more (you can find tons of marinade recipes online--this site is solely dedicated to beef jerky), then throw in the dehydrator for about 8-12 hours or so. A very satisfying snack to bring to work.
