Not that this does most of you any good, over there.
Made some chicken/ranch wraps. Diced up some onion rings, romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled banana peppers, pickled jalepenos, and wrapped it in a flour tortilla with pepper jack cheese, chicken breast and ranch dressing. I crushed cool ranch Doritos over all of it before I wrapped it.

I have a food dehydrator that we use to dry fruits. I also would use it to make beef jerky, which was boss. Surprisingly easy: just cut up some good beef, marinate it for like 24 hours or more (you can find tons of marinade recipes online--this site is solely dedicated to beef jerky), then throw in the dehydrator for about 8-12 hours or so. A very satisfying snack to bring to work.
Not quite eaten but making, chicken Kiev, home made chips, peas and tomato. Big slice of white bread for the obligatory chip butty with mayo, salt and vinegar.
