Jollof and Shito, sounds like a protest folk duo from the 1960s. What are they ?
Haven't eaten all day...stressed out. Might bake up Wahoo (type of fish, I eat it so I can yell "WAHOO!!" during each part of the cooking process)

Jollof is a spicy rice dish and Shito a fiery pepper sauce condiment, both Ghanaian versions in this instance but they are the source of significant competition over the origin / best version esp between Ghanaian’s and Nigerians.
If you like chilli / pepper sauces you can get Shito in most Afro Caribbean shops or online, it’s quite pungent and I bit ‘marmite’.
Made with dried shrimp, chillies and various spices plus palm oil (albeit not the clearance farming version ravaging Borneo etc)
