I can't deal with avocados and their BS.. oh great it's ready to eat I'll just get some crackers to have with it, 10 seconds later the avocado gone past riband is just a mushy mess. You've got like a 5 second period when it's good any earlier its too hard any later its a mess.

I'm just asking b because the large avocados tend to have a lot of water and get mushy very quickly but hass avocados (the small ones almost with black skin when ripe) are the ones I purchase here in the US, they are very buttery and don't get mushy like the big ones do.
