In the toaster /cold/still hot from the bakery.
But be careful the fat content means you can burn your fingers.
Serve smooth side up.
With any of ;
Butter
Jam
Syrup.
Cheese.
They go off really quickly if not eaten on the same day which is very scarce.
Or that's my excuse.
