What Did You Last Eat Thread

Just cracked out the BBQ, Rib eye steak about an inch and a half thick, 3 minuets on each side scorching direct heat then stand for 2 minutes indirect heat with a spoon of butter on top melting into the char. (BBQ tip always keep the lid closed while cooking) then stand for 5 minutes on the plate... a few potatoes that I chipped and fried then served with pepper sauce and fried onions. #imstuffed.
