Citadel Festival?Seeing these at the end of June. Can't wait.
Just realised Citadel is in July actually. No mate, Bristol harbourside, open air thing right on the docks. Cracking venue, saw Paolo Nutini there a couple of years back. Not really my thing him but it was a good gig to be fair:

Yeah, I know what you mean. It's only a one night thing, probably a support act as well, I'd guess 1500 maybe? Same space does a few different events over the summer, food festivals and such. We're going to Veg Fest there in May, Marshall Jefferson on the decks should be good.Just realised Citadel is in July actually.
I'm not that keen on festivals these days as I can't be arsed with thousands of people and being miles from the stage, but that looks a nice size, although difficult to tell from the one photo.
Just read a review of that, might pick it up over the weekend.Brian Eno's new album - The Ship

Good so far
The 1 day festivals appeal to me more now so I can go home afterwards. Makes me feel old saying that though! There seems to be a big rise in 1 day festivals now, they're everywhere.Yeah, I know what you mean. It's only a one night thing, probably a support act as well, I'd guess 1500 maybe? I reckon urban festivals are the way forward mate! Psychfest in Liverpool was 'kin brilliant last year, and you can just wander into the city for scran or a few bars if you get bored, and kip in a bed!
