Because I'm one bad hipster and it's already got 1 million views on YouTube and is on Radio 1's 'B' playlist.

I'm only messing. Amongst the crap there's some decent stuff in and around the charts. I quite like that Haim song "Falling" if I'm honest.


I posted this yesterday but I'm hooked on it. It's got something to do with John Talabot, think this is his new label or something. You might like it actually Max.

Definitely up my street that is. I saw James Blake last night, reminds me a lot of that.

And i also really like that HAIM track as well haha.

Funnily enough I was listening to Jo Whiley's Radio 2 show last night and she was interviewing James Blake, and literally 5 minutes ago I downloaded his new album. Weird! It was a really good interview too actually, he's very well spoken and is clearly very intelligent.

I'm listening to this now, very nice. I don't listen to a lot of music from this kind of genre, but when I do I more often than not like it. I bang on about him far too much but if you haven't listened to John Talabot's album from last year then you're in for a real treat. As soon as I heard it I was desperate to find music similar to it. For me it's a perfect hybrid of dance and pop. There's some lovely tunes and melodies in there.
